1..Meeting and Social Dates 2010

Regular Club meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the Month at the Waverley RSL in Coleman Parade, Glen Waverley, starting at 8.00pm.

Meetings cover the status of the boating, house matters, social affairs, general Club business and acceptance of nominations from those persons wishing to go fishing with the Club over the following fortnight.

We will be changing the format of the meetings to make it more enjoyable to the members with the invitation of various Guest Speakers, showing fishing DVD's, and more talk on fishing experiences by members.

This Schedule will display activities as they are organized. The Fishing Competition dates and details are also displayed on this page.

We hope for a big turn out of members for these events as this will gauge how much work we will put in for the 2010 season

Surf fishing is an option here with many close handy surf beaches

Fishing allowed one day only either

Friday 28^th of May

Saturday 29^th of May

All scale species to count including eatable sharks, Calamari

Points count as per the syllabus

Fishing allowed dawn till 4pm

Head count and weigh in back at the house around 5pm both days

BBQ or Spit or Pub on the Saturday Arvo/Night BYO drinks

Numbers limited here so let’s know as early as poss of your intentions.

This is now booked out, and those that have missed out may wish to put their names on the reserve list by contacting Terry, just in case of any cancellations that may happen, are more than welcome to do so.
